Abstract: 

در ایالات متحده آمریکا، تروما شایع ترین علت مرگ و میر زیر 40 سال می باشد و حدود نیمی از مرگ و میر آن، مربوط به ضربه سر است. در بیمار با آسیب دیدگی حاد، توجه به راه هوایی، علایم حیاتی، قفسه سینه، خونریزی و بی حرکتی ستون فقرات، قبل از مغز اهمیت دارد.بازآموزی مواجهه با ضربه متعدد و ضربه سر برای کلیه کارآموزان، کارورزان، پزشکان عمومی، دستیاران و متخصصین رشته های جراحی توصیه می شود.اهداف مقاله:1- افزایش آگاهی به اهمیت راه هوایی، تنفس و گردش خون در تروما.2- مخاطب بتواند نحوه برخورد به آسیب راه هوایی، تنفس و گردش خون در تروما را بیان کند.3- افزایش آگاهی به جایگاه جراحی عمومی و جراحی مغز و اعصاب در تروما.4- مخاطب بتواند نحوه برخورد به آسیب دیدگی های مغز را بیان کند.با مطالعه دقیق این مقاله، مخاطب باید بتواند به حداقل 80 درصد سوالات مطرح شده پاسخ درست بدهد.

Abstract: 

The influential physicist Richard Feynman became interested in the relationship between religion and science during a mid-career phase. He proposed that their interface was embroiled in unresolvable difficulties. He felt that science demanded an attitude of uncertainty for its claims, while religion contrarily required certain belief in its core doctrines. Though possessing several non-contradictory dimensions, Feynman felt that the nature of the truth claims of science and religion suffered from insurmountable elemental conflicts. This was by contrast to Karl Popper, the leading critical rationalist of the 20th century, who argued that there could be no tension between science and religion. This paper will argue that the ‘Feynman Problem’ is not as insoluble as it appears. Rather, several solutions exist within critical rationalism. Two will be presented-the first revolves around the conjectural basis of knowledge and is already a well characterised critical rationalist notion. The second is a novel solution based on the separate categorisation of psychological, pragmatic, and epistemological attitudes to religion and science. Karl Popper’s view of religion-science dissimilarity was a minimalist point of departure for critical rationalists, who have developed increasingly sophisticated frameworks for investigating the relationship between faith and reason. Critical rationalism represents an equally inspirational methodology for the pursuit of scientific and religious truth. Though both Feynman and Popper’s views on religion were underdeveloped, they foreshadowed the religion-science frameworks advocated by many late 20th century scientists, especially in the form of New Atheism and Gould’s NOMA theory.

Abstract: 

Purpose: To report a patient with MEWDS.Patient and findings: A 65-year-old man presented with sudden decrease of vision in his right eye. On ophthalmoscopy of the involved eye, numerous small discrete white lesions were detected superficially and deep in the retina around the disc and macula. On visual field examination, enlargement of the blind spot was detected. Fluorescein angiography was unremarkable. On electroretinography, the a-wave was decreased minimally. The patient was followed and after 2 months, significant improvement of visual acuity and visual field was observed.Conclusion: MEWDS is a rare intraocular inflammatory disease of unknown etiology and in contrast to our patient, more frequent in females. The natural course is generally benign with spontaneous disappearance of the lesions and improvement of vision in 6 to 8 weeks.

Abstract: 

Here, we consider a fourth-order elliptic problem involving singularity and p(x)-biharmonic operator. Using Hardy's inequality, S+-condition, and Palais-Smale condition, the existence of weak solutions in a bounded domain in RN is proved. Finally, we percent some examples.

In this paper, using variational methods and critical point theory we establish the existence of Multiple solutions for a class of elliptic equations on Carnot groups depending on one real positive parameter and involving a subcritical nonlinearity. Some recent results are extended and improved.

Abstract: 

This paper considers an important model of boundary value problem with a condition at infinity namely combined free and forced convection over a plane of arbitrary shape embedded in a fluid-saturated porous medium, this model admits dual solutions, and uses a technique, which is to some extent modification of homotopy analysis method (HAM), in order to obtain dual solutions analytically with high accuracy.

Abstract: 

We address the throughput maximization problem for downlink transmission in DF-relay-assisted cognitive radio networks (CRNs) based on simultaneous wireless information and power transfer (SWIPT) capability. In this envisioned network, Multiple-input Multiple-output (MIMO) relay and secondary user (SU) equipment are designed to handle both radio frequency (RF) signal energy harvesting and SWIPT functional tasks. Additionally, the cognitive base station (CBS) communicates with the SU only via the MIMO relay. Based on the considered network model, several combined constraints of the main problem complicate the solution. Therefore, in this paper, we apply heuristic guidelines within the convex optimization framework to handle this complexity. First, consider the problem of maximizing throughput on both sides of the relay separately. Second, each side progresses to solve the complex problem optimally by adopting strategies for solving sub-problems. Finally, these optimal solutions are synthesized by proposing a heuristic iterative power allocation algorithm that satisfies the combinatorial constraints with short convergence times. The performance of the optimal proposed algorithm (OPA) is evaluated against benchmark algorithms via numerical results on optimality, convergence time, constraints’ compliance, and imperfect channel state information (CSI) on the CBS-PU link.
